It deserves its 4 stars. Comfortable bed and thoroughly enjoyed nice breakfast. Room was big enough, bigger then in most Yangon hotels. Furthermore, Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition.

It is a deluxe hotel with very good staff and people. We had a deluxe king room, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was really close to Inya Lake. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 5 minutes.

That place was PLEASANT including location and facilities. Spectacular view overlooking lake. Kandawgyi Lake is close enough to the hotel. Moreover, WiFi was a pleasant addition.

The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary drinks upon check-in and a fruit basket in my room. The location was perfect for my business meetings and the view from my room was great.
The gym was not well-equipped and there were limited options for breakfast.
The Wi-Fi was also slow and it was difficult to get work done at times.
